Anderson Collaborative was hired by Aventon Companies in 2020 to serve as their ongoing manager of all public relations and corporate communications efforts. In 2020, Aventon Companies enlisted Anderson Collaborative to manage their public relations and corporate communications efforts for their multi-family properties across the United States. The objective was to generate excitement and secure media coverage for each property development. This included crafting distinctive press releases, distributing them via newswires to a vast array of outlets, and engaging with journalists. The challenge was effectively promoting each development in a competitive market and securing media features in a variety of publications. The outcome was a successful strategy that garnered digital press coverage in notable publications, showcasing Anderson Collaborative’s ongoing commitment to acting as an extension of Aventon’s team for various public relations needs.
Results Summarized:
For each development, our team has executed our core Public Relations service offering to get the word out. This includes the writing of a press release focusing on each property with a unique “angle” to encourage further pickups. We then use our newswire to syndicate each distribution directly to more than 4,000 websites, 3000+ media outlets, 550 news content systems, and an exclusive media-only community of 20,000+ journalists.
