Based in Los Angeles, California, PCA is a privately held company founded in 1964. Today, PCA has over 1400 employees primarily centered in California, with additional operations in other states such as Kansas, Wisconsin, Texas, and Georgia.
Parking Company of America had two airport parking in Chicago and El Paso and several metered parking lots in Dallas that they knew could be generating more business but were struggling to generate traffic to the location online. PCA felt like people were not able to find their locations easily on the map or had little to no brand awareness for these lot locations.
They partnered with Anderson to implement a drive-to-location and space reservation strategy using digital advertising channels. This included enhancing their online reputation, optimizing Google Ad campaigns, implementing call tracking, managing business listings, and leveraging Waze advertising to drive customers to their parking facilities. PCA’s efforts aimed to overcome low brand visibility and improve customer acquisition.

Parking Company of America encountered difficulties in attracting online traffic, improving location visibility, and enhancing brand recognition. Anderson’s approach addressed these issues through digital advertising strategies, reputation management, call tracking, and online listing enhancements.

Anderson devised a holistic digital solution for Parking Company of America (PCA) in response to their issues. This encompassed enhancing their online presence, managing reviews, customizing Google Ad scripts, implementing call tracking, optimizing business listings, and harnessing Waze advertising to drive customers to their locations effectively.
Results Summarized:
Anderson worked with PCA to set up a drive-to-location and space reservation strategy utilizing a variety of digital ad channels. For their Fast Spot airport parking lots in Chicago and El Paso, we incorporated online reputation management strategies to improve review acquisition. We also identified and set up a keyword plan powered by custom Google Ad scripts to programmatically control advertising spend, bidding, search impression share, and to use historical conversion data to optimize future results.
We additionally set up call tracking and recording to help improve their airport parking lot sales teams and used these recordings to attribute phone calls to marketing/advertising sources.
Our team also managed their online business listing locations and worked to improve their overall search visibility on Google, Bing, and Yahoo.
Utilizing waze advertising we incorporate a drive-to-location strategy for all parking lot locations.
