Primarily, they struggled to raise awareness about their music festival events, secure sponsorships, and effectively reach their target audience due to budget constraints. These issues hindered their ability to grow and organize successful festivals.

Developing cost-effective digital ad campaigns, marketing funnels, and social media strategies
Anderson devised a comprehensive strategy for Decks in the Park, emphasizing efficient digital advertising. They crafted marketing funnels across multiple digital platforms, ensuring effective communication with local festival attendees. Additionally, Anderson oversaw social media content, email marketing, Spanish copywriting, sponsorship arrangements, and video production.

Anderson led digital ad strategy for Decks in the Park throughout the 2016 and 2017 festival series. Due to a limited budget, high performance of advertisements was a must. The team built out marketing funnels on multiple digital channels and blasted out promotional content to local festival goers.
