Scaling 2024 Black Friday Sales

Despite a strong Black Friday/Cyber Monday performance in 2023, House of Jack Co. faced challenges in scaling its digital marketing efforts. The brand struggled to achieve a consistent return on ad spend (ROAS) that justified increasing its budget, making it difficult to confidently expand paid advertising. Social media and digital ads failed to convert at a sustainable rate, preventing the company from fully leveraging its online presence for growth. Without a strategic, data-driven approach, their marketing efforts lacked the efficiency needed to drive profitable customer acquisition and long-term scalability.

Improved Paid & Organic Media Strategy
